You are over 40? So you know YELLO. If you are younger their app is good start to get to know them.\u00a0The swiss pop duo had some big hits in the eighties and once in a while they came back in the following decades.<\/p>\n

When artists like them start building apps it is mostly a sign of them trying to catch up with the young ones, pretending to be “still hip”. But this app is different. It records sounds and uses them as samples for its built in music machine. The sound can be anything that is happening around, just natural everyday sounds. The app is a sampler and a simple sequencer in one. The user interface is very well designed, it’s just fun to use with the simplistic big buttons and the plain colour code. It is a fun app<\/a> and definitely one of the most inspiring music apps for everyone who thinks to have absolutely no talent. Maybe it’s true with the talent, but all of a sudden stunning songs appear just out of he box! And these songs have the YELLO style, with a percussionist electronic appeal. So big ups for YELLO to come up with this fine piece of software. The app is available for iPhone and iPad.<\/p>\n
